How do I get started?

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?

KTLO has partnered with Stripe. Stripe is a well known Secure Payment System (SPS). SPS is a specialised infrastructure that ensures the safe processing and transmission of financial transactions, particularly in digital spaces, and is important for mitigating risks such as fraud and unauthorised access.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can update your subscription at any time. When doing so you will be charged immediately for the new subscription and credited any existing subscription cost on a pro rata basis.

Can I deduct the cost of the subscription from my business taxes?

Yes, you can deduct the cost of a KTLO subscription as a business expense. Speak to your financial advisor for more information.

What happens if I cancel my subscription mid billing period?

If you cancel your plan you will continue to have access to all features until the end of the existing billing cycle

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Your data belongs to your business and the data can be bulk exported at any time. We will retain your data for 90 days following the final day of a paid billing cycle. Please reach out to us if you need to make specific arrangements.
